You will have the opportunity to apply Human-Centered Design process by creating interactions between our employee from operational department and the operational product team. We strive to offer the best experience for our employee and your mission is to propose intuitive tooling to perform internal operations in the bank.Your responsibilitiesConceptualize and optimize User Interface of internal tools.Provide UX solutions to develop product performanceParticipate in early phase of the product specification to bring operator voice to the processWork closely in interdisciplinary and world wide spread team, innovating and evolving a productDemonstrate communication skills and articulate your design decisions to our stakeholdersCollaborate within the Product designers community to maintain design consistency across the productsPropose evolutions/features/improvements,Validate the features for production,Create product documentationQualifications You have between 1 to 5+ years of experience in designing operational productYou have worked in Product based organization and cross-functional teamYou are able to provide design specifications for web applicationsProficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma)You understand the value of Design System and already contributed to oneExperience in designing financial tools is a plusYou have strong facilitation capability and excellent communication skillsYou are fluent in English, French is a plusIf you are a motivated Product Designer willing to bring your expertise to design internal tools, don’t hesitate to apply! jpid95b285est jpit1250st jpiy25st
