Unser Kunde sucht eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die die Auftragsabwicklung verantwortet und dabei als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kundschaft, Vertrieb und Logistik agiert. Erstellung und Versand von Angeboten - Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen im ERP-System - Bearbeitung von Reklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit After-Sales - Pflege von Kundenstammdaten im CRM/ERP Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sowie solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Mindestens 5 Wochen Ferien - Beteiligung an externen Weiterbildungen -
