We are looking for a Pricing & Comm Ops Support (m/f/d) in Basel ​A temporary 6‑month position supporting pricing and commercial operations, working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT, and reporting to the Commercial Process Manager. Main activities include: Preparing, updating, and distributing price lists (annual and ad hoc changes) Ensuring accuracy and consistency of pricing data across Excel files and internal systems Supporting price uploads and maintenance in SAP and related tools Assisting with tracking and follow-up of commercial contracts Coordinating with internal stakeholders to align pricing information Handling pricing-related queries and supporting operational reporting The role typically requires: A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or a similar field Experience in back-office, administrative, or commercial operations environments Exposure to pricing or contract-related topics as an advantage Key skills and qualifications: Strong Excel skills (mandatory, ideally including VBA/macros) Solid SAP knowledge (mandatory) Fluent English and at least one Western European language Personal profile: Detail-oriented and well-structured working style Good communication and coordination abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure ​Dissatisfied, underchallenged, or ready to discover something new?
