Our client is seeking a professional and service-oriented Receptionist to join their Front Office team. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient and professional operation of the office while ensuring an excellent first impression for clients, guests, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee general office operations, including answering telephone inquiries and providing switchboard support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional reception and coordination of internal and external meetings.
  • Manage meeting room logistics, appointment scheduling, and call handling.
  • Organize international travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas, etc.).
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services, and manage office supply inventories.
  • Provide administrative support across departments and ensure the accurate maintenance of intranet content.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and training programs, both on-site and off-site.
  • Your Profile
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client and guest services with a professional demeanour.
  • High attention to detail and a structured, precise working style; prior experience in guest relations is mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities effectively, and perform well under pressure.
  • Open-minded, dynamic, and adaptable in handling demanding or changing situations.
