Responsibilities

• Zubereitung und Anrichten von Fleischgerichten, Beilagen und Saucen in hoher Qualität
• Fachgerechtes Grillieren und Garen nach unterschiedlichen Garstufen
• Einhalten der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards gemäss HACCP
• Organisation und Sauberhalten des Arbeitsplatzes
• Unterstützung bei Warenbestellung und Lagerbewirtschaftung

Profile

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch oder mehrjährige Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Grill- oder Steakhouse-Erfahrung
•  Präzises Arbeiten und Gespür für optimale Garzeiten
• Belastbarkeit auch in intensiven Servicephasen
• Teamorientiertes, verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
• Freude an hochwertigen Produkten und kreativer Präsentation

Benefits

•  Monatslohn zwischen CHF 5000.– und CHF 6000.–, abhängig von Qualifikation
• CHF 6.00 Wochenendzulagen sowie Abendzulage ab 20.00 Uhr
• Teilweise Zimmerstunde möglich

•  Sofortiger Eintritt möglich
