• Independent management of your own station with full personal responsibility

• Providing professional and attentive service to our valued guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience

• Expert serving of food and beverages in line with our high standards

• Ensuring smooth operations at your station while upholding our quality and service excellence

• Organizing and preparing the mise en place to guarantee seamless service flow

• Advising guests professionally on menu and wine recommendations

• Supporting the restaurant management in daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the team

• Completed vocational training and an interest in gaining valuable practical experience.
• You work cleanly, efficiently and creatively and also value a well-groomed appearance.
• You are flexible and motivated to learn new things.
• You have a broad knowledge of our regional products, producers and menus in order to be able to advise guests in the best possible way
