We have a 6 to 9 month opportunity for a Senior Sustainment Support Professional (m/f/d) to join the ASPIRE program, starting as soon as possible with the workload of 60%.

We'are looking for a motivated, strategic-minded professional to step in as Sustainment Support for the ASPIRE program. This is a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional exposure, build networks, and contribute to shaping how we work post-transformation.

Support the design and activation of a sustainment operating model for a key transformation program by aligning cross-functional input, representing stakeholder needs, and enabling smooth collaboration across workstreams.

This role involves designing and implementing a sustainment operating model, aligning cross-functional input, and fostering collaboration. We are looking for someone with strong strategic thinking, excellent collaboration and conflict resolution skills, and a deep understanding of our Diagnostics and BPM functions (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Regulatory & Quality, etc.).

ASPIRE is a global initiative to unify our customer through harmonized IT systems and business processes, primarily leveraging SAP S/4HANA for standardization, automation, and digitalization. It also incorporates organizational change management to ensure successful adoption of these new systems and processes

The perfect candidate owns a degree in communication and possesses extensive experience in business management. The person is highly adept at navigating politically sensitive environments and proficient in application lifecycle management processes. Furthermore, the candidate must demonstrate strong strategic thinking and effective communication skills. Fluency in English and comprehensive practical knowledge of the SAFe framework are also essential.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Align input across DIA BPM functions (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Regulatory & Quality, etc.)
  • Represent consolidated viewpoints in program discussions
  • Facilitate preparation for meetings and decision-making
  • Proactively identify and moderate potential conflicts or misalignments
  • Drive clear, consensus-based outcomes
  • Stakeholder management
  • Foster Cross-functional collaboration
  • Conflict resolution

Must Haves:
  • A university degree in communication, business management, change management or a similar degree
  • Min. 10 years of experience
  • Strong facilitation and preparation skills
  • Extensive knowledge of operating model design and implementation
  • Governance for global processes and systems
  • Extensive knowledge of Support models for business application support
  • Strategic thinking and influence
  • Effective communication skills
  • Confidence navigating complex or politically sensitive environments
  • Ability to simplify and communicate clearly across levels
  • Application lifecycle management processes
  • SAFe framework (extensive, practical knowledge)
  • Fluency in English
Nice to Have:
  • Change management experience
  • Deep understanding of Diagnostics and BPM functions: Customer Service, Supply Chain, Regulatory & Quality, etc.
  • Basic SAP skills
