Internship - Reconciliation Framework for Portfolio Analytics Migration
Join the Wealth Management Technology department and contribute to one of the most critical initiatives within the bank’s digital transformation: the migration of portfolio analytics to a new, high-performance calculation engine at the heart of the GX Wealth Management platform.
GX is a modular, web-based platform used daily by Bankers, Investment Specialists, and Client Advisors to analyze portfolios, place orders, manage client relationships, and more. As part of this migration, we are running extensive reconciliation campaigns to ensure consistency and accuracy between the legacy and new systems.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on a mission-critical financial system, combining software engineering, data analysis, and financial domain knowledge.
YOUR ROLE
Design and implement a framework to classify and track calculation differences between the old and new engines
Build tooling to monitor the evolution of discrepancies, identify root causes, and support resolution workflows
Collaborate with developers, subject matter experts and product managers to define meaningful metrics and reconciliation logic
Create dashboards and reporting tools to visualize reconciliation status and progress
Contribute to the quality assurance of a platform used to manage billions in client assets
YOUR PROFILE
Master’s student or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Financial Engineering
Strong interest in financial systems, data integrity, and analytics
Strong interest in Spring Boot, Angular, MongoDB
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for solving complex problems
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
